General Terms of Use

It is worth spending a few minutes with these terms before browsing the service or submitting an order. Accessing the service and completing a purchase both indicate that the conditions set out below are accepted. If any part of this agreement does not sit well with you, the appropriate step is to discontinue use of the service and everything offered through it.

The wording here is deliberately broad so that it can apply across different regions and purchase contexts. Where mandatory local consumer protections go further than anything stated below, those protections take precedence.

1. Permitted Use of the Service

1.1 Most areas of the service can be viewed without registering. A small number of interactive features are only unlocked once registration has been completed.

1.2 These terms may be adjusted at any point without prior individual notice. Adjustments take effect once the revised version appears on this page. Continuing to use the service after that point is treated as agreement with the updated wording.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

2.1 An order is regarded as placed once the online checkout sequence has been completed. An automatic acknowledgement is then sent to the email address supplied, recording the details of the transaction.

2.2 A binding sale agreement generally comes into being when the ordered goods are dispatched, even where payment was authorised earlier in the process. The right to decline, limit, or cancel an order is retained, including where misuse or a pricing error is suspected.

2.3 Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, any amount already captured is returned in full through the original payment method.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Prices are shown in US Dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without advance notice. Displayed prices generally exclude applicable taxes and delivery charges, both of which are calculated and shown before payment is confirmed.

3.2 Common credit and debit cards, together with widely used digital wallet and online payment methods, are accepted. Payment details are encrypted in transit and handled by authorised payment providers; full card numbers are not retained by the service.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Text, photographs, illustrations, layout, design elements, and other content made available through the service are protected by copyright, trademark, and related rights, and are either owned outright or used under licence.

4.2 Content may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial viewing and printing.

5. User Submissions & Acceptable Conduct

5.1 Reviews, comments, and other material submitted through the service (personal account data aside) are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Such material may be used for operational, editorial, or promotional purposes without additional payment or attribution.

5.2 Submissions must be lawful and must not be threatening, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or harmful. Where improper use is detected, cooperation with the relevant authorities may take place, and access may be restricted or withdrawn.

6. External Links

6.1 Hyperlinks to independently operated websites may appear within the service for convenience. No control is held over those external platforms, and no responsibility is taken for their content, security practices, or privacy arrangements.

6.2 Visiting a linked third-party website is done at your own discretion, and any resulting loss or damage is not the responsibility of the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 The service and everything offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are given, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 Uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete freedom from viruses and other harmful components cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, no liability is accepted for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service or from products purchased through it.

8.2 This exclusion does not extend to death or personal injury caused by negligence, nor to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, nor to any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

9.1 These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9.2 Disputes connected with this agreement fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, unless mandatory local rules provide otherwise.
